Our Annual Procurement Plan is published by 1 July each year and contains major planned procurements for the next 12 months.
Contracts
Senate Order on the Reporting of Departmental Contracts
The Senate Order on Departmental and Agency Contracts requires FMA Act agencies to publish on their internet details of contracts entered into which have not been fully performed or which have been entered into in the previous 12 months, and which provide for a consideration to the value of $100,000 or more.
The lists are tabled twice a year, once for the financial year and once for the calendar year.

Financial year - list of current external contracts over $100,000 1 July 2011 to 30 June 2012.
Grants Awarded as per the Commonwealth Grant Guidelines (CGGs) 2009
The purpose of the CGGs is to establish the policy framework for all departments and agencies subject to the Financial Management and Accountability Act 1997 (FMA Act) and their officials, when performing duties in relation to grants administration.
We are required to publish details of grants awarded as per CGG 2009.
Legal Services Expenditure for 2011/2012
The total external legal services expenditure for us in the 2011/12 financial year was $689,386 GST inclusive.
