Improving our intellectual property system

We are committed to involving you in our public consultations. These public consultations are targeted to anyone who is interested as well as experts, peak bodies and interest groups. We currently have three main consultations open for comment.

1. Intellectual Property Legislation Amendment Regulations 2012

We invite public comment on a draft regulations and explanatory memorandum.

The deadline is 5.00pm 21 November 2012.
