Plant Breeder's Rights Advisory Committee

The Plant Breeder's Right Advisory Committee (PBRAC). PBRAC advises the Minister for Innovation, Industry, Science and Research on issues that may arise under the PBR Act. PBRAC also advises the Registrar of Plant Breeder's Rights on technical and administrative matters.
The Plant Breeder's Right Advisory Committee (PBRAC) was established by the Plant Breeder's Right Act 1994.

The Minister for Innovation, Industry, Science and Research appointed the following members to the Plant Breeder's Right Advisory Committee on 23 October 2010 for a period of three years.
