Patent Attorneys Have Their Say

Innovation Minister Senator Carr yesterday announced the launch of the new eDossier tool on the AusPat patent database, giving innovators free access to a wide range of patent documents.

For the first time, innovators can access patent case files online for free and in real time. Before the launch of eDossier, requests for specific patent information took seven days to order and incurred a fee.
