Changes to Trade Mark forms

IP Australia has recently completed a review of all the trade mark forms used by our customers.

The updated forms have been improved by:

including a Privacy Notice to inform customers about the use and disclosure of the personal information provided
including a link to IP Australia's new Privacy Policy
grouping all fields that collect personal information on one page to improve management and protection of this information
removing the need for signatures except when required by the relevant legislation and
applying IP Australia's new corporate branding.

The trade marks forms are the final group of IP Australia's forms to be updated and will be available from 27 June 2011.
