IP Australia's Customer Service Centre - shutdown period

19 Dec 2011

IP Australia’s Customer Service Centre will be closed from 5pm AEST on Friday, 23 December 2011.

The Centre will reopen on Tuesday, 3 January 2012 at 9am AEST. During this period customers can still email assist@ipaustralia.gov.au and will receive a response to their query when the Centre has reopened.
