AusIndustry launches their new website
16 Apr 2012
AusIndustry launched their new website on 30 March 2012 to help Australian businesses find the latest information about the grants and assistance programs they deliver.
The AusIndustry website is used by businesses, industry associations, consultants, media and other Government agencies and now supports the Department to respond quicker and more effectively to changes in today’s dynamic operating environment. It is now simple to navigate and provides a range of advanced search options making it quick and easy for users to locate detailed program information.
They have addressed website issues raised by customers and key stakeholders, and now have a dynamic content delivery platform to deliver and capture information in a more streamlined and timely manner. They encourage customers to connect using ‘Live Chat’, or social media channels like Facebook, Twitter and YouTube. Users can also sign up for email alerts or subscribe to their online bulletin, AusFocus which is full of industry news.
The new website enables AusIndustry to progress and meet the obligations under key Australian Government initiatives including Gov 2.0, Freedom of Information (FOI), Information Publication Scheme (IPS) and the Web Accessibility National Transition Strategy. It also allows them to showcase the flagship programs they deliver.
Visit the AusIndustry website, if you have any queries or feedback you can email the Customer Channel Management section at ccm@innovation.gov.au.
