Transition Dates for Service Delivery Channels Announced

We have important changes to our customer transaction and enquiry channels February and June 2014.
Changes to dealing with IP Australia
We informed customers in October 2013 about important changes taking place to the customer transaction and enquiry channels during February and June 2014. We now advise the following arrangements:
- The 'assist' email and over the phone payment service are planned for decommissioning on the 15th of February 2014.
- The corporate fax and Australia Post Lodgement Points are planned for decommissioning on the 4th of June 2014.
What does this mean for you?
If you rely on any of the services identified for decommissioning, you should familiarise yourself with eServices.

Our direct mail channel will continue to be available to assist customers in a smooth transition to the new arrangements. Additionally, an online enquiry form is also being developed. This will allow customers to choose from a range of topics and submit a general enquiry via our website - this will be available in early 2014.
A Frequently Asked Question (FAQ's) page has been established to assist customers with common queries through the transition process.
