FINAL REMINDER - Transition of the ‘Assist’ email and over the phone payments on 15 February 2014

Our ‘assist’ email and over the phone payment service will be decommissioned on the 15th of February 2014.
In October 2013 IP Australia informed customers about important changes taking place to the customer transaction and enquiry channels during February 2014. This is the final reminder to all customers of the impending changes outlined below:
- The ‘assist’ email and over the phone payment service will be decommissioned on the 15th of February 2014.
To support these changes, our Electronic Business Rules will be updated detailing the new approved channels available.
All service requests must come through the approved channels.
For all general information, including, checking the status of your IP right, you can use our website, databases, contact our Customer Service Centre on 1300 65 10 10 or use our new online enquiry form.
What does this mean for you?
If you use either of the services identified for decommissioning, please familiarise yourself with eServices.
If you need help with eServices, a range of tools are available online to help.
If you require further assistance, you can call on 1300 651 010 and our staff will help you step through the process.
