Part 20 has been updated to reflect changes due to the Intellectual Property Laws Amendment (Raising the Bar) Act 2012.

Update of Part 22

Section 41 - Capable of Distinguishing

Part 22 has been updated to reflect changes due to the Intellectual Property Laws Amendment (Raising the Bar) Act 2012. In addition to these changes, section 18.2 of the Manual (Famous names) has been removed, and section 23 (Numerals) clarified.

Update of Part 23

Overcoming Grounds for Rejection under Section 41- including Evidence of Use

Part 23 has been updated to reflect changes due to the Intellectual Property Laws Amendment (Raising the Bar) Act 2012.
