Raising the Bar - Regulations reach the final stage

On 14 March 2013, the Governor-General in Council approved the Intellectual Property Legislation Amendment (Raising the Bar) Regulation 2013 (No. 1) which provides important detail to the Intellectual Property Laws Amendment (Raising the Bar) Act 2012.

Although the Regulation is approved, it will not officially come into effect until 15 April 2013.
