Hard Sell – Tom & Jerry
This is Tom, he's just started his own company. He bought a van, designed a logo and made a website. His friends are very impressed.
This is Jerry, Tom's neighbour; he copies Tom's ideas for his company.
When Tom sees Jerry's van, he isn't pleased. When he see's Jerry's website, he is furious!
Tom takes action, Jerry retaliates; and war is declared.

Tom registers his company name and logo with IP Australia, he receives a Certificate of Ownership, and Tom’s Intellectual Property is safe.
