SNIPER bulletin

SNIPER is a bibliographic database of journal articles, conference papers, and other documents about issues in intellectual property. It provides an ongoing knowledge base that supports policy and awareness of intelletual property matters, and can also support wider intellectual property research.

SNIPER is published by the Library at IP Australia. SNIPER is an acronym for Searchable Networked Intellectual Property Electronic Resource. As at October 2011, the SNIPER database contained nearly 20,000 records with approximately 2,000-2,500 items added each year.

SNIPER is also available as a searchable database on the internet through the Informit Online database host service. Informit Online is an internet gateway providing access to over 80 Australasian research bibliographic databases.
