If you are applying for a registered design in Australia you need to complete a Designs Application Form. You may also wish to read:

Applying by Fax, Post or in Person

You can submit your applications by:

  • Fax to +61 6283 7999;
  • Post to IP Australia, PO Box 200, WODEN ACT 2606; or
  • In person at Ground Floor, Discovery House, 47 Bowes Street, PHILLIP ACT 2606

If there is not enough room provided to complete any part of the form, please use additional pages.

Please keep a photocopy of the application for your own records.

You can file your application by delivering documents to us in person, by post, or by fax. Contact us if you require assistance in completing your application.
