Fees for renewing a design registration under the old Act (Designs Act 1906)

Design registration applications that were filed before 17 June 2004 - the date the new Designs Act 2003 came into effect - can only be renewed under the terms of the old Act.

The old Act allowed two renewal periods of five years each, in addition to the original registration of six years, for a maximum registration of period of 16 years. The fees for renewing a design registration under the old Act are shown below.
