Applications for plant breeder's rights can be made online, via mail, fax, or in person at our office in Canberra.
You can submit your applications by:
For applications to be submitted by mail or in person, you need to print copies of all the relevant forms, follow the application process and make the required payments.
To file your application online, use the PDF application form and click on the 'submit via email' button at the end of the form. To send more than one form via email, you should save the completed forms to your hard drive and send them as attachments by email to assist@ipaustralia.gov.au.
