Plant breeder's rights are exclusive commercial rights to a registered variety of plant. These commercial rights encourage plant breeding and innovation. The following information is a general overview of the plant breeder's rights process including fees.

Plant Breeder's Rights

A PBR application starts the process of registering your variety so you are able to exclude others from doing certain actions in relation to that variety.
