eServices is the quickest and easiest way to pay for your annual Plant Breeder's Rights fee. You can pay using your VISA or MasterCard and the renewal is effective immediately.
If your customer details such as your name or address have changed you will need to advice us in writing prior to completing your renewal. Change of name or address requests can not be accepted via email.
You can also use one of the following payment methods to pay your Plant Breeder's Right:
NOTE: If you would like to pay by EFT payment at the bank or via your internet banking, you should fill out an EFT form. It is your responsibility to include a reference number of up to 18 characters. We prefer that you quote your application or registration number/s in your reference where possible. If using EFT please ensure you send us the EFT form as failure to do so may affect your IP right. The date of your transaction will be the date that money arrives in our account not the date you undertake the transfer. This can be up to 10 working days, so please ensure you allow sufficient time for this method of payment.
