eServices, our online transaction portal, is the quickest and easiest way to pay to register or renew your trade mark. You can pay using your VISA or MasterCard and the transaction is effective immediately.
We accept cash, cheque, money order, debit or credit card (MasterCard and Visa). Cheques should be made payable to IP Australia.
If you would like to pay by EFT payment at the bank or via the internet, you should fill out an EFT form. It is your responsibility to include a reference number of up to 18 characters. We prefer that you quote your application or registration number/s in your reference where possible. If using EFT please ensure you send us the EFT form as failure to do so may affect your IP right. The date of your transaction will be the date that money arrives in our account not the date you undertake the transfer. This can be up to 10 working days, so please ensure you allow sufficient time for this method of payment.
