Renew your IP

You must pay the appropriate renewal fees on time to maintain your IP rights.

Patents, trade marks, designs and plant breeder's rights (PBR) all require periodic registration renewal. You must pay the appropriate renewal fees on time to maintain your IP rights. Please be aware that renewal fees are subject to change.

Renew online and save time!

Renew online and save time through eServices. It is the quickest and easiest way to renew your patent, trade mark, design or plant breeder's right. You can pay for your renewal using your VISA or MasterCard and the renewal is effective immediately.

Have your details changed?

If your customer details such as your name or address have changed you will need to advise us in writing prior to completing your renewal. Change of name or address requests can not be accepted via email.

Until we receive a written request for change of address and the request has been processed, all correspondence will be sent to the existing address.
