Making a Payment
You may pay your fees to IP Australia by the following methods:
- Credit card (when lodging, registering or renewing online, by fax, by post, at a State Office or by phone (for limited transactions))
- Cheque/Money Order (By post or at a State Office)
- Direct Debit (account customers only)
- Cash or EFTPOS (at a State Office only)
- Electronic Funds Transfer (approved customers only)

Online Form for Trade Mark registration and renewal payments
A new online trade mark facility is now available for registration and renewal payments. The new online payment option saves you time and effort and is easy to use.
Payment form for credit cards, cheques and money orders (Fillable Form)
Use this form to pay by credit card, cheque or money order for all of IP
Australia's services and products except TM Headstart fees.
We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Cheques and money orders
should be made payable to "IP Australia".
Application
for Credit Form
Use this form to apply for a customer account with IP Australia. Account
customers can use direct debit to pay their accounts.
General
Sales & Services Fees
This form contains a list of all of IP Australia's sales & services fees.
EFT Form (Fillable Form)
Use this form if you choose to pay by Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). Failure
to fax, e-mail or post us this form will affect your IP rights.EFT is available
to approved customers only.
