Downtime

Scheduled Maintenance Windows

IP Australia has scheduled system maintenance windows which are used to maintain and upgrade our online services and business IT systems. These scheduled maintenance windows may impact on any of IP Australia's online services and customers are advised that IP Australia cannot guarantee the integrity of any information submitted or retrieved during these scheduled maintenance windows. Customers accessing IP Australia’s online services during this time do so at their own risk.

The scheduled maintenance periods are outlined below:

Wednesday 7.30 pm to 10.30 pm (AEST)

Saturday 12.00 noon to 9.00 pm (AEST)

Where system maintenance is required outside of these windows, IP Australia will provide our customers with 24 hours notice wherever possible. Customers may also subscribe to an e-mail notification service to be notified about unscheduled downtimes. See http://www.ipaustralia.gov.au/resources/lists_index.shtml.
