Online Services unavailable from 12.00am - 7.00am Sunday, 21st September 2008.
IP Australia's third party internet service provider will be conducting maintenance from 12.00am - 7.00am Sunday, 21st September 2008. As a result, the online services area of the IP Australia website will be unavailbale during this period.
IP Australia apologises for any inconvenience this outage may cause.
IP Australia's scheduled system maintenance windows
IP Australia has scheduled system maintenance windows which are used to maintain
and upgrade our online services and business IT systems. These scheduled maintenance windows may
impact on any of IP Australia's online services and customers are advised that IP Australia cannot
guarantee the integrity of any information submitted or retrieved during these scheduled maintenance
windows. Customers accessing IP Australia’s online services during this time do so at their own risk.
The scheduled maintenance periods are outlined below:
Wednesday 7.30 pm to 10.30 pm (AEST)
Saturday 12.00 noon to 9.00 pm (AEST)
The maintenance window for Mainframe is 8.00pm to 12am Wednesday and 9.00pm Friday to 9.00am Saturday
Where system maintenance is required outside of these windows,
IP Australia will provide our customers with 24 hours notice wherever possible.
Customers may also subscribe to an e-mail notification service to be notified
