Patent Hearings
Hearings before the Commissioner of Patents
Hearings before the Commissioner of Patents will usually be conducted at the
Patent Office in Canberra and interstate hearing sessions are not provided.
However the Commissioner will continue her practice of having hearings outside
of Canberra at a convenient time to all parties provided that the parties bear
the travel costs of the hearing officer.
All decisions of the IP Australia Patent Office since 1983 are published on
the Austlii site.
