Online trade mark registration and renewal payments

An online trade mark facility is now available for registration and renewal payments. The online payment option saves you time and effort as it is fast and easy to use. The security of the transaction is guaranteed and only requires five minutes of your time.

To successfully make a payment you will need:

  • your trade mark number;
  • credit card details (Visa, MasterCard are accepted); and
  • Adobe Acrobat version 7.0.8 or higher.

Please note: You will not be sent a paper receipt of your transaction. However, a receipt number will appear on your screen. Please ensure you print the screen once you have completed the payment, and retain the print as a receipt for your records.

Warning: Official registration or renewal correspondence for payments made using this form will be sent to the Address for Service recorded in the Trade Mark Database (ATMOSS). You should check the database before proceeding and if you wish to change the address for service you should write to IP Australia at PO Box 200 Woden ACT 2606 or Fax them on 02 6283 7999 prior to making the payment.
