How much?
TM Headstart's entry fee is $90 per class of goods/services.
You pay no GST.
How do I pay?
Online using Visa, Amex and MasterCard at the time of submitting your request.
Any other costs?
If you decide to make changes to your TM Headstart request you may need to
pay an additional fee of $90 per class of goods/services.
If you choose to advance your request and formally apply for a trade mark, you will need to pay an additional fee of $90 per class of goods/services.
If your trade mark is accepted for registration, you need to pay a registration fee. The registration fee is $250 per class of goods/services for 10 years of protection.
You are able to renew your trade mark for a fee at the end of this and every subsequent 10 year period of protection.
