already registered. TM Headstart can help you determine if your mark may be

Take five
As soon as you lodge your TM Headstart request online, we will begin the process
of assessing your trade mark. We'll then phone you within 5 working days to
let you know the results of the assessment. You then have 5 working days to
decide whether you want to go ahead and file a trade mark application or not.
No go?
If your trade mark would not pass the formal trade mark application process we'll tell you why. As you have not yet applied for registration you are able to make some changes that may make your mark registrable.
Low dough
It only costs $90 per class of goods/services to have your trade mark assessed
for registrability with TM Headstart. If you decide to go the next step and
file a formal trade mark application, you will need to pay another $90 per class.
