TM Check is an easy to use search tool designed for Business Name applicants to identify pending and registered trade marks which may be similar or identical to their proposed business name.
As a simplified search it does carry some risks - be aware that a search using TM Check will return a maximum of 10 results, even if there are more trade marks that match your search criteria.
We strongly suggest that you compare the results obtained through TM Check against those delivered through IP Australia's existing trade marks search system, ATMOSS.
