FOR IP PROFESSIONALS

Resources

Training kits

To support these units, we have developed Facilitation and Assessment kits which provide institutions with useful administration tools. The kits include specific advice on each unit and subject matter, session plans, presentations, assessment advice, assessment plans, assessment mapping and additional supporting documentation. Kits are intended to provide the lecturer with guidelines for course content and can be modified to accommodate the specific skills of the trainer and the needs of the students.

Trainer database

We have developed a national database of trainers with the requisite skills and experience to deliver IP training.

Trainers who wish to be added to our database must provide:

  • your full name, title, business and contact details
  • confirmation you are a registered IP Attorney and your area of specialisation (patents, trade marks, designs, plant breeder's rights or licencing copyright)
  • confirmation that you are a legal practitioner and a general business advisor in IP
  • confirmation of your training experience in IP
  • evidence of your Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
