Designs Examiners' Manual of Practice and Procedure

Purpose

               

The Manual is a reference manual for Designs examination staff and defines the authorised current practice that applies to the examination of design applications.

 

Content

 

The Manual contains detailed information on practices and procedures relating to aspects of the filing, examination, and registration of a design. It also includes the Quality Policy and Examination Quality Standards.

 

Access and Security

 

All staff have access to the Manual.

 

This manual should be available to the public under IP Australia’s information publication scheme.
