Working with us
We encourage work-life balance too, which means that while you work hard, there is also flexibility for you to spend time doing the things you like to do, outside of work.
We provide equal opportunity to employees through our Workplace Diversity Program and encourage applications from Indigenous peoples.
We are committed to embedding acknowledgement of and respect for Australia’s First Peoples and are constantly looking for ways to increase the numbers of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander staff in our organisation.
Work Experience Program
We are committed to supporting students from the ACT Region in their studies and transition into working life through the IP Australia Work Experience Program (WEP). The program is facilitated by the Department of Education and Training and is based upon the ACT-WEX program guidelines and requirements 2015.
Applications are open to all ACT region based students in year 9 to 12.
