The Australian IP Report is the Office of the Chief Economist’s flagship annual publication, providing a comprehensive overview of activity within Australia's intellectual property (IP) system.

The report measures demand for patents, trade marks, designs, and plant breeder’s rights and changes over time. It also provides insights into emerging IP trends and the role of IP in the Australian economy. The report is now in its eighth edition.
