About Australian Trade Mark Search

We listened to your feedback and have developed the next generation of intellectual property rights search system. By combining the user needs of search professionals and the cutting edge technology, we have improved search efficiency and accuracy, and provided better access to intellectual property data.

The new system is simpler, clearer and faster for all users. In a world first the new trade mark search system will introduce combined image recognition and machine-learning technology to make trade mark images and logos more efficient than ever. This is thanks to our partnership with leading Australian image search company TrademarkVision. Their new technology mimics the neural networks of the human brain to combine visual with semantic information to give better similarity results than ever before.
