Following from in-depth user research where we have identified the issues faced by our customers, both applicants and attorneys, we will be delivering a website that better meets your needs by Thursday 31 March 2016.
Based on your feedback and taking into consideration the findings from our latest customer research, we will be redesigning our website and improving the way we explain the intellectual property (IP) right processes.
We will be developing new tools, information graphics and updating content to fit within a new information architecture to make it easier to find and understand the information you need to apply for your IP right.
