Small business IP magazine moves to digital first approach

Following a recent evaluation of our IP – your business edge magazine, we will be moving to a digital first approach by producing a biannual online magazine and only one annual print magazine.

We recently conducted a survey to better understand the value of the magazine. We received positive feedback with 65 per cent of respondents highlighting that the content is relevant to their start-up or business. It’s evident that the magazine is a valued educational tool and has proven popular as a product for people wanting to start a new business.

However, we also found that only 15 per cent read the magazine cover to cover and 50 per cent would like to see more case studies, information on tools and resources and other government assistance. Moving to an online magazine will allow us to better leverage our existing content as well as provide an easy to digest portal that can help you maximise your IP by accessing the content relevant to you.
