This March, we will undertake two system upgrades and maintenance to make improvements and continue to provide a secure environment for your transactions. This will affect system availability for the weekend of Friday 4 to Sunday 6 March and the Easter long weekend from Thursday 24 March to Tuesday 29 March.

Our eServices and B2B channels will be offline from 5pm Friday 4 March to 12pm Sunday 6 March. The Alternate Lodgement Service (ALS) will be available during this time.
The ALS is a simplified version of eServices that allows electronic submissions during outages and downtime. You will be automatically redirected to the ALS if you attempt to access eServices during the outage period. You will need to agree to new terms and conditions to use the ALS and you will not be required to sign in.

Over the Easter long weekend, all our systems, including the ALS, will be unavailable from 5pm Thursday 24 March to 9am Tuesday 29 March.
To support business continuity the emergency fax will be available (+61 2 6285 4731) during the system outages but ask you to use this channel only if your submission is time critical. Your patience during this time will be appreciated as we work to continuously improve our services to you.
