We recently announced that we're improving our customer correspondence across all intellectual property rights to create a seamless customer experience and align our correspondence with our website, online services and search systems.

As we described in our communications, we are establishing different correspondence streams for our unique customer segments. Based on feedback received we have reviewed how we describe the two streams, they are split into high and low volume filers.
