Upgrading our audio and video conferencing with customers

Over the coming months, we will be working to upgrade our communication channels, to provide enhanced audio and video conferencing with our customers. Whilst we don’t expect any service disruptions during the upgrade, we will be sure to notify you if we experience any issues that directly impact you. Once the upgrade is in place, you will receive an email prior to your scheduled conference which will include a unique web link to initiate the conference. Please note that in order to enable video conferencing, you will need a webcam and audio capability.
