The Australian IP Toolkit for Collaboration is a joint project between the Department of Industry and Science and IP Australia and is designed to facilitate, simplify and improve collaboration between researchers and industry.
The IP Toolkit contains guides and tools to help researchers and businesses use and manage intellectual property (IP) in collaborations.
Consultation for the development of the IP Toolkit was conducted in 2014. Final submissions on the draft IP Toolkit closed in 2015. Submissions are available for review on the Department of Industry, Innovation and Science website.
