Audit Committee Charter - Dec 2019

The Director General, as the accountable authority for IP Australia, has established IP Australia’s Audit Committee in accordance with section 45 of the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013 (PGPA Act) and section 17 of the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act Rule 2014 (PGPA Rule). The Audit Committee’s objectives, authority, composition and tenure, roles and responsibilities, reporting and administrative arrangements are set out in the Audit Committee Charter.

Fee Changes 2020

IP Australia is changing some of our fees, commencing from 12am AEST, 1 October 2020*.

These changes have been carefully designed in accordance with the Cost Recovery Guidelines, the relevant Productivity Commission recommendations, and the feedback received from public consultation.

Changes in PCT Fees

In accordance with the directives adopted by the PCT Assembly at its Fortieth Session (held from September 22 to October 1, 2009), new equivalent amounts in AUD will be established with effect from 1 August 2020.
