eServices help - User administration

Role

User roles define the privileges assigned to each user. Select a role from the drop down menu to assign it to a user.
The following rules apply to each role:

Restricted User

Restricted users can perform all functions in eServices except for:

Add or update the party's customer name or addresses

Create, read, update or delete identities.

Standard User

Standard users can perform all functions in eServices except for:

Create, read, update or delete identities.

Administrator

Administrators can perform all functions in eServices including:

Add or update the party's customer name or addresses

Create, read, update or delete identities.
