- When you apply for a trade mark there will be a period of time where a third party can challenge its registration. For example, if they think it’s too similar to their own. This cover will help with the legal expenses to give your application the best chance.

Registered Trade Mark Cover
- If a third party believes that you are not using your trade mark or that it shouldn’t have been registered, they can apply for it to be removed. This cover will help with the legal expenses to defend your business.

CFC is the underwriter for the insurance policy. They provide claims support and the payment of claims.
We receive no benefit from Trade Mark Protect and receive no benefits with respect to the sale of any insurance policies by BMS Risk Solutions or CFC Underwriting.
The product has been launched as a pilot for two years. IP Australia may extend the agreement with BMS for up to an additional two years.
