Trade mark number: 
Victorian Wine Industry Association promotes and applies a standard to wine and wine grapes that are grown or produced in Victoria, Australia.

Approved users may only advertise, promote, offer or sell wine that is Victorian Wine under the Victorian Wine Industry Association trade mark.

Victorian Wine is defined as wine that:

  • contains at least 850ml per litre of grapes that originate in Victoria, Australia; and
  • complies with the provisions of the Australian Wine and Brandy Corporate Act 1980 that relate to the use of the geographic indication Victoria.
