
The Dairy Good logo (which is recognised as a certification trade mark in Australia) can be used only with a licence issued by Dairy Australia. Although the logo is not intended to signify a level of quality, only those products which meet the requirements of Food Standards Australia New Zealand will be considered eligible.
Dairy Australia will grant a licence if it is satisfied that the product conforms to the Rules governing the use of the the Dairy Good logo. The Rules and terms of the licence are designed to protect the commercial integrity of the mark and to provide manufacturers, farmers and consumers with a consistent message about the products on which it appears.
