Hi there! Which type of trade mark application is right for you?

Thanks! This information is most relevant to your question.

TM Headstart (pre-application service) can provide you with an early assessment of your trade mark to see if it will be suitable to register. When you submit a request and pay a fee, you will be contacted by one of our examiners within five working days to discuss the results of the assessment. We will help you identify ways to overcome any barriers to meeting the legislative requirements needed to register your trade mark. We can also further explain the examination and registration process to you.
