Examination:

Commitment Target
We will conduct a prima facie examination on your application for plant breeder’s rights within two months of receiving the application. (We are working to reduce this to one month.) We will aim to achieve these 95% of the time.
We will respond to correspondence relating to the examination of your application within four weeks of receiving it. We will aim to achieve these 95% of the time.
We will achieve compliance with all our published Product Quality Standards We will aim to achieve these 95% of the time.

Registration:

Commitment Target
We will register your plant breeder’s right within two weeks of the Registrar being satisfied that all criteria for registration have been met We will aim to achieve these 95% of the time.
