Examination:
- We will conduct a prima facie examination on your application for
plant breeder’s rights within two months of receiving
the application. (We are working to reduce this to one month.)
- We will respond to correspondence relating to the examination of your application
within four weeks of receiving it.
- We will achieve 95% compliance with all our published Product Quality Standards.
Registration:
- We will register your plant breeder’s right within two weeks
of the Registrar being satisfied that all criteria for registration have been
met.
