As part of our efforts to improve your experience we are updating the IP Australia statistics.  Individual data series will be updated as soon as we complete them.  We are aiming to finish this by December 2009.

If you require small sets of IP Rights statistics on an urgent basis, please complete the IP Rights Dataset Request form provided below and forward it to statistics@ipaustralia.gov.au

Please note that IP Australia is a cost recovery agency and may request payment for 'ad hoc' statistical requests (ie for new or unavailable data, or data which is excessive in scope or complexity). This service is subject to our disclaimer relating to the datasets.

Fixed-price bulk data products are also available for customers who require comprehensive information.
