As part of our efforts to improve your experience we are updating the IP Australia statistics. We are in the process of updating the underlying business rules pertaining to IP Australia data holdings. We are aiming to finish this by June 2010, and we will then update and publish individual data series.
IP Australia has compiled an IP Rights fact sheet for our customers to use until all the new business rules and individual data series are in place. The fact sheet document was published in December 2009. The document can be accessed here.
If you require small sets of other IP Rights statistics on an urgent basis, please complete the IP Rights
Dataset Request form and forward it to statistics@ipaustralia.gov.au
Please note that IP Australia is a cost recovery agency and may request payment for 'ad hoc' statistical requests (ie for new or custom data, or data which is excessive in scope or complexity). This service is subject to our disclaimer relating to the datasets.
Fixed-price bulk data products are also available for customers who require comprehensive information.
