Corporate Structure
IP Australia consists of eight business groups administered by the Office of the Director General:

Office of the Director General (ODG)
The Director General of IP Australia, is a designated chief executive officer
under the FMA legislation, and is directly responsible to the Minister
for Innovation, Industry, Science and Research for the effective, efficient
and ethical use of the agency's resources. IP Australia is a full cost recovery
organisation. The Director General has agency head powers under the Public Service
Act delegated from the Secretary of the Department of Innovation, Industry,
Science and Research.
Business Development & Strategy Group (BDSG)
The BDSG group consists of seven sub-sections;
