The main fees for designs under the Designs Act 2003 and the renewal fees
for Designs Act 1906 registrations are listed below. Please note that the

New Designs Act 2003 Fees (for all applications from 17 June 2004)
Please note that these fees are subject to change.
GST does not apply to these statutory fees under Division 81 of the GST
Act 1999.
Application Fee

Excess Design
| For registration of each design in excess of fees paid at

Examination
