Interstate Trade Marks Hearings Session Dates for 2008
Hearings before the Registrar of Trade Marks will be set down in Melbourne,
Sydney, Adelaide, Perth and Brisbane during the periods indicated below.
Persons who desire matters to be set down for hearing in Melbourne, Sydney,
Adelaide, Perth or Brisbane must give at least one month's notice of their intention
to be heard.
If such notice is not given, it may be that there would be insufficient time
to allow for the execution of official procedures associated with the listing
of hearings, and as a result, the matter involved might not be listed.
Subject to the convenience of this Office, hearings will be set down in Canberra
at any time suitable to the parties.
