What to consider
When you're submitting a new policy issue, it may be helpful to answer the following questions:
- What's the issue and why it's a problem?
- Who's affected by the issue and how are they affected?
- How would you fix the problem? Is there more than one solution?
- What are the advantages and disadvantages of the solution(s) you've proposed?
When you're ready, submit your new policy issue and any supporting evidence.
